Business Development Representative

(hybrid role based out of the Greater Cincinnati area)

In addition to Google technology, Promevo's SaaS Platform (gPanel) provides our clients with a centralized user management interface providing administrators with visibility and control over all of their users' data and settings with its robust suite of security features. We walk beside our clients to help them achieve their digital transformation and infrastructure goals by also providing Professional Services such as migrations, custom app development, fast track deployments, and white glove services.

The Business Development team plays a critical role in helping our organization achieve our growth objectives. Our Sales team needs a strong relationship builder and hunter to help accelerate the building of our pipeline. You will work in collaboration with our sales and marketing teams to creatively identify potential customers, nurture leads and set qualified discovery calls that ultimately lead to new business and revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our pipeline and growth by identifying, nurturing leads and setting up qualified meetings with target influencers and decision makers that lead to new revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
  • Research, develop and measure best practice approaches to reach target organizations through outbound calling, strategic email and social campaigns.
  • Lead outbound prospecting to companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, social selling.
  • Manage and nurture inbound interest for our solutions and capabilities by conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with key executives and influencers at target accounts.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to research & develop accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams.
  • Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and share your findings with your team.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our solutions and capabilities.
  • Become Google certified as a Digital Cloud Leader within the first 60 days of hire

Skills and Qualifications

  • A passion to listen, learn and apply technology to solve real-world business problems.
  • Technology and software sales, 1-2 years of customer facing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external).
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • The ability to thrive in a company environment of rapid change; reacting to new company initiatives; client and market changes.
  • Ability to leverage and improve systems and repeatable processes that save time and improve quality
